Recently, our company has discovered illegal infringement activities in the market that have seriously impacted our brand reputation and market order:

Some unscrupulous individuals have illegally used Professor Guo’s videos and misappropriated De Ying Biotech’s registered trademarks, maliciously linking to auction sites and online stores to confuse consumers and sell products of unknown origin. These actions constitute serious violations of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act. Our company has reported the matter to the cyber police and will pursue criminal prosecution against the offenders without leniency.

SR-100 Patents:

SR-100 is a registered trademark of our product series and is protected by global invention patents. Some manufacturers or websites have falsely claimed authorization under the SR-100 patent to market or sell products, infringing upon our patent and trademark rights.

★ Our Response Measures:

We have reported these violations to the police and will initiate criminal prosecution against the infringing parties. We are gathering evidence and will pursue civil litigation under the Patent Act to prevent infringement, seek cessation, destroy infringing products, and claim damages.
